Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Services

Grace Reins Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) Program serves children and adults with mental health disorders from Lackawanna, Wayne, Pike, Susquehanna, Sullivan, and Orange Counties in Pennsylvania and New York.

EAP sessions are facilitated by a mental health professional and the Equine Specialist in an emotionally safe and compassionate environment to promote the healing process.

EAP is often used as a compliment to traditional therapy and can be provided in collaboration with your current mental health professional and treatment goals. Research supports EAP is an effective therapeutic approach to treat anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, stress, and trauma related conditions.
